I would like a Memory Bear made from my child’s sleepers and onesies, but how many articles of clothing do I need?
Memory Bears can be made from any articles of clothing, onesies, sleepers, dress shirts, t-shirts, sweaters, or blankets. Depending on the size of baby clothing (Recommended size is 6-9 months) we may require 3-5 articles of clothing. However, if you only have one special sleeper or onesie you’d like to use we can add some coordinating fabrics to complete the bear ( additional cost for fabrics will apply).
Once I place my order, how long does it take until my keepsake will be completed?
At Kavanaugh Kreations we try to complete all our orders in sequence of the date ordered, however, if you’d like to have your keepsake completed by a specific date please let Danielle know at the time the order is placed and she will try to accommodate your timeline. Generally we request a 1-2 week timeline depending on the size of the order and how many orders we already have in sequence.
I would like to have some Memory Pillows made from my dad’s dress shirts, but how do I get the shirts to you? Do I drop them off or ship them to you?
If you are within driving distance of our location your welcome to drop them off and place them in the drop off bin. Please be sure to label your bag with your name and number so Danielle can contact you to discuss the details of your order. However, if you would prefer to ship the items please be advised that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be in addition to the price of your item, this includes return shipping as well. Shipping your items will also effect the completion timeline.
I would love to add a Custom Signature to my Memory Pillow. I have a birthday card that my dad signed but I don’t want it to be ruined. What do you need to create the Custom Signature?
We do NOT require any originals to create a Custom Signature. Simply take a picture of the signature in the birthday card, (passport signature, driver’s licence signature etc.) and email it to Danielle at mrskav2013@hotmail.com. From there it will be edited and applied to a fabric patch, which is then stitched onto your Memory Pillow or Memory Bear.
